Use of the art studio and printmaking presses for independent working. This is open to all printmakers who have previously taken printmaking classes at Kite. If unfamiliar with the studio, you would need to pay for a one hour induction to Kite studio practice (£30).
Please write in the purchase notes which day you plan on attending or email reception before you come.
Included in the price
The session price of £25 includes shared use of Kite art studio for two hours (6 people maximum) and access to the three printmaking presses, water bath and blotting paper, as well as a Covid clean of the studio and presses. For an additional £5, materials such as Akua or Cranfield printing inks, newsprint and cartridge paper are available.
Not included
Tuition, printmaking paper, printing inks (unless the £5 supplement is paid). As this is an unsupervised session, you will be expected to clean and replace all items used, such as rollers and inking boards, and leave the studio as you found it.
